Working with 6 primary schools exploring 6 different plays, each school presented an element of their play to create an immersive world for each other to enjoy

NYPT

Nonsuch Young Performer Training was a year long pre-professional weekly training for 16-25 year olds in Nottingham. The prgramme grew over three years to a point where it partnered with Nottingham Playhouse's Homegrown group.

Resident Director 2018 -19

I was initially recruited in as a freelance director and directed the 2018 Christmas production of Mary Poppins. Following that I continued working as resident director teaching years 7-9, as well as supporting the A level Drama group.

Associate Director 2019 - present

I run the youth theatre programme for 5-25 year olds and this has been both digitally (over lockdown) and live. We have managed to expand our offer in 2020 to young people nationally through sessions online. As well as this I deliver Arts Award in Schools, am a practitioner on a Paul Hamlyn 3 year Training Programme, and deliver on other creative projects.
